These features include: the paging and intercom module allows an extension number to be set up so that users can place an intercom call to multiple phones on the system simultaneously. Whilst with separate modules, different rules are applied to inbound and outbound routes, having multiple trunks allows you to control cost by routing calls over the least costly trunk for a particular call.
